Invitation to participate at the Kenya Stand at World Travel Market,3–6th November 2014

WTM 2014

Objectives of our Participation:

  • To showcase Kenya's unique and diversified tourism products to consumers, trade and the media
  • To strengthen Kenya's distribution channel in the UK market
  • To promote Kenya's new routes and products focusing on diversity and unique "undiscovered attractions"
  • To give Kenya's travel trade a platform to conduct business with international trade and Consumers

 Industry Participation:

  • Companies that are interested in participating in WTM 2014 are invited to register by completing the attached registration form and paying a deposit as a form of commitment. We are encouraging
  • Companies that wish to share a station where there is no conflict of interest i.e. Hotelier and Tour Operator to indicate this on the registration form.

What are you entitled to as a participant on the Kenya stand?

  • Free publicity of your product updates and upgrades through press releases
  • Free online exposure by uploading your contacts and profile on the WTM website to facilitate online appointment scheduling
  • Free invitations to your agents to visit the stand during the trade days
  • Participation in any other pre or post WTM activities such as press and trade trips, or consumer promotions
  • Access to the trade and consumer database collected at any activity coordinated by KTB at WTM


  • Registration will only be processed upon receipt of both the deposit and completed registration form
  • Space will be confirmed on a first-to-pay basis
  • Table or station allocations will be done on basis of first-to-pay deposit payments.
  • No payment should be made by bank transfer
  • The full participation cost will be determined after June 2014 once we have established the number of participants and received all key cost estimates
  • No deposits will be accepted after the registration deadline or after the stand is fully booked whichever comes first
